Agreement to Terms

JangG Ventures LLC dba Beacon ("we," "us," or "our") provides rental reservation services, including our website, booking tools, and communications (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

SMS/Text Message Program

We may send you text messages (SMS) related to your rental, including:

• Quote and reservation confirmations
• Delivery and pickup scheduling
• Reminders and updates
• Support and transactional messages

Consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive automated SMS from us and our service providers at that number. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when you request a quote, complete a reservation, or when we need to notify you about your rental. We do not send marketing texts unless you have opted in separately.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You may receive additional messages until we process your opt-out request.

Supported Carriers

SMS is supported on major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Participation may vary by carrier and is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and to receive SMS from us.

Rental Services

Our Services enable you to request quotes, make reservations, and manage rentals. All reservations are subject to our rental agreement, deposit requirements, and any branch-specific terms. By completing a reservation, you agree to those terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or data
• Use our Services to send spam or unsolicited messages

Intellectual Property

Our Services, including the Beacon name, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
